FAQ

What is nesessary to become a course participant?

First, it is your wish to study on distance course "Creative English". Second, you should have possibility to work on computer at home or at school. Third, you need access to e-mail for sending your letters to your teacher and partners. Web-access though not required can help you to work more effectively.

What is students age?

Everybody who can express his/her ideas in simple English is welcome on distance course "Creative English". You should also have practical skills of working with texts and graphics.

How are distance studies organized?

You can choose time and place of your studies according to your wish. Usually a week is given to complete tasks of one lesson. You can do the tasks for less period of time and go to the next level of the course.
The course suggests individual and group forms of work, participation in chats and teleconferences.

Technical requirements to creative works:

You can choose from two variants:
1. Completely in text; pictures are made either with the help of marks and symbols available on the computer keyboard or in gif.
2. In hypertext (html (htm)), photo (jpg) and pictures (gif). The files with illustrations, sound, animation or video must not exceed 70 Kb for one separately. The text and pictures are sent in (zip, arj) as appendix to the letter.
The second variant is more prefferable as it helps to operatively post your work on Center "Eidos" server for discussion.
